That'd be my great grandfather and one of his sons.

Benjamin L. Aaronson was the youngest of 5 children. My grandfather Abe L. Aaronson was his firstborn. Samuel was one of Abe's younger brothers, and consequently my great uncle.

My Dad would have been 9 or 10 in 1947.
