The Chariton Leader, Chariton, Iowa Thursday, March 23, 1905 Probate (continued): Estate of JOHN H. BROWN, dec'd final discharge of administration. Will of MARTHA A. THOMAS, dec'd, admitted to probate, W.L. CRISSWELL made executor. Will of G.W CACKLER, dec'd, admitted to probate, P.A. CACKLER executor. M.C. HICKMAN vs. J.L. TADLOCK et al continued for service. GRIMES & WINSLOW vs. JABEZ SYDEBOTHAM et al suit on note. Default - judgment rendered for amount of note. Divorce -- ETHEL M. DYER vs. H.S. DYER. MRS. DYER will continue to be MRS. DYER 'til further proof is furnished by her. LARIMER and CROCKER vs. WM. A. SIGLER et al, forclosure, settled and dismissed. The big case of the term -- The HOLMAN case was assigned for the first Thursday. About thirty-five witnesses have been subpoenaed. This is the case wherein the husband asks a legal separation from his wife and a division of the property. She files a counter charge which is very sensational in its nature and it is likely to take up the balance of the week in sifting the evidence. The session of the grand jury will be short. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Copied by Nancee(McMurtrey)Seifert July 31, 2004 http://www.rootsweb.com/~ialucas/Main.htm Notify Administrator about this message?
