Helen Fackler was my Grandmother and the daughter of Josephine Swatonek Fackler who married Samuel Otis Fackler
who was the son of Samuel Fackler who's father was Valentine. A cousin of ours Kenneth Thornton, wrote a wonderful book called the Five Dresden Dolls. Did any of you get this book? It pretty much has all the history he could find on the Fackler Family. It's wonderful to have found this webpage and to be able to write to each other.
