Dennis Haack was born March 19, 1952 at Slayton, MN, the son of Herman and Helen Haack. He was received into God’s family through the sacrament of Holy Baptism in April, 1952. He confirmed his faith May, 1966. He graduated from Slayton High School and received a bachelors degree from St. Cloud State University. He was employed by Lockheed Martin. Dennis became a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Eagan, Minnesota in 1977 and served as the financial secretary and also served on the boards of Education and Elders. He enjoyed fishing on Lake Mille Lacs, playing cards with family, and watching movies. A beloved father, husband, son, brother passed away unexpectedly at his home on November 12, 2005 at the age of 54.
He is survived by his loving wife Kathy (Onken); daughter Heather (Troy) Stuckey and son, Justin Haack. Mother Helen Haack and sisters: Judy (Ray) Frazee and Shirley (Ron) Tiffany; nieces and nephews: Travis (Jodi) Frazee, Ashley (Nic) Stevens, Chelsey Frazee and Michael Tiffany. Step family Matt (Julie) Onken, Ethan and Logan, and Hope (Mike) Kariesch.
Visitation on Thursday, November 17 at Totzke Funeral Home 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Burial to follow at Memorial Gardens, Slayton, MN.
