Well, I've read the "La Famiglia.." online. My grandmother, Sabetta Jaquinta, came to to the US in 1913, on the "America." The manifest. listed her final destination as "sister, Caterina Iaquinta, Clarksburg, WV.

This ties in with what my late Aunt Elizabeth had told me:that she (Sabetta) was working in a boarding house when she and grandfather Sam Vallongo, AKA "Veling" and originally Vallelonga, got married.

Caterina ran a boardihg kouse!
