Your discovery intrigued me so I did a search for Anthony on Ancestry I found him in Greece NY in 1850 census. I also found an individual that had Anthony's son Peter and wife Rhonda in her on-line tree, but not Anthony.
I contacted her and she seems to be related to Peter's Wife Rhonda Pruyn.
I explained your finding of the headstone and sent her a link to this posting as well as some documents such as the 1850 census. Though she sent me some info in a couple of e-mails that infact relates her to this Anthony Jacobus I did not get the impression that she was fully understanding what I was trying to tell her about the headstone nor what to do with the link or open the documents.
I will forward you the e-mail she sent and you will be able to contact her, if you so desire, and unless you found anyone else more directly related.
