William Alexander was the son of Alfred F Labbe (Labbee) and Martha Jane Reynolds. He was born apprx 1858? Not sure of his birthdate-his siblings were: Mary b. apprx 1837-38 in MO. do not know who she married-disapears after 1860;
John B(my gggrandfather)b. apprx 1838-9 in MO or Ill.
married Eliza Ann Auble in Greene County Ill. Dec 24,1860;
and Jospine b. apprx 1847 in Ill. she married James E. Calvin on Nov. 25,1875 in Calhoun Ill.
Alfred F Labbe(Labbee) was born in Quebec Canada apprx 1811
I do not have his parents names. Martha Jane Reynolds-I have two diff dates and places of birth for her-KY in 1825 and Bridgewater Mich,1814. I do not know which is correct. (Note that William Alexander also went by Alexander-you will also see that his name has been recorded wrong on his marriage lic. as Sabbee-believe this is prbly the person who transcribed the records mistake-not sure-it is shown both ways Sabbee and Labbee).
