My gggrandfather was born about 1834 (I think in Kentucky)
Stories in the family said he was born Joel G. LaForce and
was an orphan who was adopted by Solomon Bunch. He went by
the name of Joel Bunch, but later used the name of Joseph
Bunch. I very much would like to know who his biological
parents were and why he was an orphan. I would greatly
appreciate any information. Thank You
