looking for O'Boyle's from Dunmore/Scranton P.A. 1900-1930's. I believe my grandfather's name was Patrick John or John Patrick O'Boyle who was married to Margaret McHugh(maiden name).They had 3 children:Marion,Helen and my dad Patrick John O'Boyle. My Grandfather, I was told, was either cheif of police or in police work in Dunmore/Scranton. I was told that my grandparents divorced and my grandmother went on to open a nursing home in Long Island,NY. My grandfather supposedly died in the 1930's?? and my grandmother died around 1968.
Can anyone help?
