My great great grandfather was a Timothy O'Dea, who supposedly married a Mary Flynn? O'Brien, 1842, Boston, MA.
Mary O'Day is on the 1880 Census, Boston, Suffolk, MA as a widow living with her daughter Mary and her son John T. O'Day. Their daughter Elizabeth married my great grandfather William Wallace, 1871, Brookline, MA. According to Elizabeth's obituary, John T., owned a newspaper stand in Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA. Is it possible this is the Timothy O'Dea/O'Day you are looking for? There is supposed to be a Stackpole relationship in the family somewhere but I have been unable to find the connection.
