My great grandfather Marma Bierce Cook married Mabel Quackenbusch. She had a daughter Ethel from a previous marriage. Story passed down to my mother is that Mabel and Ethel were whores and when my great grandfather divorced Mabel, Ethel went after him to try and kill him. So does anyone know of a Mabel and Ethel Quackenbusch? I have no other information than above. I am no relation to Mabel. Just wanting to find out more about her and find out if story is true. Thank you!
