I am seeking information on Ella or Ellen Quackenbush who married Charles Markham about 1876. They had one son, Herbert A. Markham. In the 1900 Census for Benton County IA, she is listed with a birthdate of January 1852. Her husband, Charles Markham had died on December 17, 1899. He served in the Civil War with the 49th MA Infantry and she received a widow's pension. I do not have a death date or location for her. Any further information would be greatly appreciated. Charles was the brother of second greatgrandfather.
