Hi Debbie -
I have worked on this line several times but without being able to solve it. I think you are looking in the right part of the Quackenbush family, though, as I suspect Hiram is a grandson of Harmon and Judith (Morrall) Quackenbush. I will be glad to look at it again and perhaps some new information can help solve the line.
I am emailing you directly what I have on this branch of the family. As you can see, there is a lot of information on Rosetta (Baker) Quackenbush but not much on the Quackenbush side.
