Lillian,

HHB would be Headquarters and Headquarters Battery

Arty GP is Artillery Group

I'm not familiar with AD and ARADCOM, except that COM would be Command.

So from the HHB we know this would have been the administrative unit for the Artillery Battery, (the office, if you will)
