I have a copy of that article. I believe, but would like to find proof, that the Spencer I am researching is the one who is mentioned as son of Benjamin and Jane Waddy. Mrs. Keach mentions that this Spence is probably " of age in 1760". Guess that would mean he turned 18 or 21 then?
Would like to know more re the book re the Waddy/eys of Williamson Co, TN. as there might be a connection. Which Waddy/ey are you researching.
