Edmonds, P.M. Vou. 158.K. Remarks: From Montgomery County. Disc. Nov. 8th at Sackets Harbor, [Jefferson Co., NY]. Residence Montgmery Co. distance 130 miles allowed 6 days to return. Roll 359. 2) Private John J. COOK, Jr.'s served under Capt. John J. COOK, in Major Frederic GETMAN Infantry Militia from 7 Sept. 1814 to 14 Nov. 1814, paid $18.13 by S. Edmonds, P.M. Vou. 158.K. Remarks: From Montgomery County. William BLACK's sub. Disc. Nov. 8th at Sackets Harbor, [Jefferson Co.], NY. I just . Residence Montgmery Co. distance 130 miles allowed 6 days to return. Roll 359. 3) Priv. John COOK in service at Stony Point, Rockland Co., NY. 4) Priv. John C. COOK in service at Cape Vincent, Jefferson Co., NY. 5) John O. COOKą discharged Oct. 22. 7 days travel home.
