Thanks to Phil Crowther for information about the probable identity of this specific Jester. This Jester COCKE is most probably the grandson of Charles Cocke, and the son of John COCK who was living in TN around this time. This Jester COCKE eventually moves along with his family to Alabama, will marry Eliza Watkins, and will later die in Mississippi.
